Terms and Conditions and Insurance

We require a non refundable booking fee of £50 to secure your booking, your booking is not confirmed until this is received.
The booking fee is non refundable as we often need to buy stock before your event at our own expense.

We will try to deliver at a time of your choosing but may need to deliver earlier depending on how busy we are. In addition, a damage deposit may be required for the hire of larger items such as the LED numbers/letters. Your deposit will be returned within 48 hours if there are no issues.  

If you wish to cancel we offer a rebooking for your event subject to availability, if this is not suitable, please note the booking fee is non refundable. 

Please ensure that we have access to the venue and enough time to set up and collect items.
